Leadership guidance from some of the most successful corporations has been an integral part of the KCSymposium. Past CEO Keynote speakers have advise our attendees about "charging" up the corporate ladder (what qualities stand out), how to inspire your teams to new heights and even advice on how to be selected to a Board of Director role.
From Breakfast to late in the afternoon, the KCSymposium provides formal and informal networking with fellow professionals. "Networking Agents" roam the event, introducing attendees to each other. How does it work? We will send KCSymposium Workshop ticket buyers an email that will ask for a recent copy of your resume (Monday before the Feb 16th event). Each resume copy will be reviewed by our KCSymposium resume experts and top improvements will be made on the content. At the Workshop, we will distribute back your resume with the various comments...and start the process of making improvements.
The Workshop will cover some of the common "mistakes" that are holding your resume back and some of the valuable tactics that can improve each presentation. Then we will break into smaller groups and handle some specific questions. This is a lot of input for only $20!
